• When you goto Checkout from the View Your Shopping Cart page you will see that the order form has all formatting removed, so that you can easily print the order form (including the shopping cart contents) directly from your Web Browser, then fax it to us on (07) 5498 9011

BY POST
• Just the same instructions for the Fax Order option, but post it to

• On the View Your Shopping Cart you will see a "Checkout Option". This is where you complete the order form. On that page is a "Submit Order" button, this will then email us your order. If you have trouble with the form you can simply email us what you want directly to EMAIL.

Q:   What do you charge for Postage / Freight ?

This is difficult to calculate using online ordering, because it may vary depending on the quantity and type of products you purchase. We will phone you and provide you with a postage / freight price before we process your order. Or you can contact us to obtain a Postage / Freight quote before you order.

Q:   The web site doesn't function correctly ?

This web site requires Javascript and Cookies to be enabled in your Web Browser if you wish to use the Menu or the Shopping Cart. This Website is best viewed at 1024 x 768 Resolution. We recommend that you use Microsoft Internet Explorer and can not guarantee the pages will display correctly using other browsers due to the way they interpret Javascript (such as FireFox).

Q:   How do I order more than 18 Items?

The shopping cart used on this web site uses cookies to keep track of your items. Unfortunately there is a limit on how the cookies are used, and unfortunately that limit is expressed as the total number of items the shopping cart can hold. You have two options. First is submit your order as it is, but enter Part 1 of 2 in the comment field at the Checkout. Then from the Shopping Cart page you can clear your Shopping Cart, and continue shopping, then in the comment field at the checkout add Part 2 of 2 in the comment field. Second option is to use the Dealer Order Form as this will allow you to select all the items if you wish.
